Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
• Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers or Beverage Server.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks using standard recipes.
• Serve wine and beer, and handle cash and non-cash transactions.
• Stock and rotate bar with liquors, beer, wine, and glassware.
• Replenish bar snacks and garnish drinks as needed.
• Request identification from customers when legal age is questioned.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
