Job summary

Crystal Bay Casino in Nevada seeks a bartender to create a welcoming atmosphere, prepare and serve beverages, and provide exceptional guest service. You will maintain a clean bar, manage inventory, and follow safety and health regulations in a fast‑paced setting during peak hours.

Must be 21+, with bartending experience and the ability to lift heavy items. Licenses Alcohol Awareness and Liquor Permit are required or obtainable. Preferred: mixology certification and knowledge of wine and spirits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as kegs and cases of beverages.
• Ability to obtain the following licenses: Alcohol Awareness, Liquor Permit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and disposing of waste properly.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws.
