Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in gaming and non-gaming areas.
• Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
• Upsell additional products at every opportunity.
• Follow assigned side work daily and weekly.
• Maintain service standards and compliance with rules and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain sanitation, storage and rotation of inventory.
• Maintain quality and organization of beverage service for the assigned bar.
