Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated’s del Lago Resort & Casino in the Finger Lakes region is seeking a Bartender to deliver gracious, world‑class hospitality, handle alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, and maintain extensive menu knowledge while guiding guests through their experience.

You will keep a high standard of cleanliness, support upselling and teamwork, balance cash and payments, and adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to help create a memorable visit for casino guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior bartending experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide gracious, warm service and World Class Hospitality to casino guests.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with extensive menu knowledge; take orders and tender payment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness according to sanitation codes and assist with upselling.
• Balance cash, handle transactions, and follow all policies and procedures.
