Job summary

SSP America, a leader in airport hospitality, is seeking a Cashroom Attendant in Phoenix to oversee cash handling across receiving, distribution, and daily operations.

You will manage petty cash and safes, conduct cash audits, prepare bank deposits, reconcile cash, and report discrepancies to management to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.

The Cashroom Attendant will be held responsible for all receiving, distribution, and maintenance of cash on the property.

• Responsible for the management of the property safe including petty cash, cash drawers, and any/all monies to be deposited in the bank
• Must conduct and be responsible for cash audits
• Must follow all property procedures involving any cash entering or leaving the cash room
• Must prepare bank deposits, change orders, and reconcile cash daily from prior days business
• Must notify GM and/or Unit controller immediately about any cash discrepancies
• Must follow and prepare all required paperwork for financial reporting as dictated by UC
