SSP America, a leader in the food travel industry, is hiring a Cashier for our NYC-area locations. You will process orders, handle payments, and serve a variety of beverages and foods to travelers at the airport outlets.

• Serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as a wide variety of food items to guests.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Ensure that the work area is clean throughout the day.
• Clean equipment and utensils, remove trash, sweep and mop the work area.
• Other tasks as assigned

As a Cashier, here are few things you can expect to do:

• Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
• Receive payment from the customer and process change.
• Serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as a wide variety of food items to guests.

• Ensure that the work area is clean throughout the day.

While not required, barista or coffee shop experience is highly preferred since you'll also be preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold specialty beverages.
