Robinhood is seeking a Cashiering professional to help move funds across customer accounts with precision and compliance. Based in Westlake, TX or Clearwater, FL, you’ll join a high-performing team focused on accurate, timely cash movements and strict regulatory adherence.

You will review requests, monitor queues, enforce AML/OFAC, and partner with Operations, Compliance, and Technology to improve cashiering processes and client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of asset movement procedures and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• 1-2 years in financial operations with SIE required (99 preferred).

The Cashiering team’s mission is to ensure accurate, timely movement of funds across customer brokerage and retirement accounts while delivering a compliant, high-quality client experience.

Our team works closely with partners in Compliance, Operations, and Technology to streamline cashiering processes.

This role is based in our Westlake, TX or Clearwater, FL office

with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week during the 90-day onboarding period. After onboarding, in-person attendance is expected at least 3 days a week.

What You’ll Do

• Review a high volume of money movement requests efficiently, and in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage daily transaction queues to meet strict deadlines and service-level expectations, researching and resolving discrepancies and inquiries from initial intake to final resolution.
• Safeguard the firm by enforcing AML and OFAC requirements and reviewing transactions for adherence to SOPs.
• Partner with our clearing firm and internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Technology, Advisor Services) to facilitate transactions, resolve issues, and support collaborative projects across these departments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client experience within cashiering operations.

What You Bring

• Strong knowledge of asset movement procedures, workflows, and regulatory considerations, along with a basic understanding of financial markets and the securities industry.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Clear, professional communication skills, including excellent data entry, written, and verbal communication, and comfort engaging with clients and advisors over the phone.
• 1-2 years of experience in financial operations, with an SIE required, (99 preferred) and a proven ability to manage transactional workflows using proprietary financial systems.
• Committed and dependable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, bringing a collaborative spirit, steady focus, and genuine care for clients and outcomes.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities, strong analytical, decision-making, and critical thinking skills, with accountability for results and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + benefits.

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC)

$23—$27 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$22.10—$26 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)

$21.25—$25 USD
