Personal Choice Investment Services (PCIS) helps companies, and their employees manage brokerage-related products and services in their retirement plans. PCIS is growing rapidly by providing an industry leading platform to better serve the retirement plan needs of Plan Sponsors, Participants, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and Investment Advisors.

As a Cashiering Specialist, you will provide cashiering services for our TPAs, Independent Record-keepers and retirement plan relationships. It’s this level of service that differentiates us from our competitors and serves as a sustainable competitive advantage.

What you are responsible for

  • All aspects of the PCIS cashiering functions.
  • Providing support for outgoing & incoming wires, money links, journals and check requests.
  • Coordinate and process disbursement and distribution requests from qualified and non-qualified retirement plan accounts.
  • Work with IRS Forms 1099-R, W9, and W8
  • Proactively consult with service partners to address issues and concerns.
  • Provide value-add recommendations to increase operational efficiencies within client firm’s back office.
  • Collaborate with internal partners in delivery of timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or processing issues.
  • Resolve complex cashiering situations and requests.

  • Exceptional organizational, reconciliation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with various departments.
  • Excellent operational, organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage and process complex operational work.
  • Team-orientation with the ability to act as a resource for development of the team’s effectiveness.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
  • Intermediate to Advanced technical skills, with the ability to utilize multiple applications at one time.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with IRS Forms 1099-R, W9 and W8
  • Must be able to work across sites (broader team spans Omaha, Phoenix, and Westlake locations) in the spirit of true collaboration to ensure the approach we take with our associates and clients is consistent.
