Cashiering Specialist, Personal Choice Investment Services

Personal Choice Investment Services (PCIS) assists companies and their employees in managing brokerage-related products and services within their retirement plans. We are rapidly growing by providing an industry-leading platform to better serve the retirement plan needs of Plan Sponsors, Participants, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), and Investment Advisors.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of PCIS cashiering functions.
• Support outgoing and incoming wires, money links, journals, and check requests.
• Coordinate and process disbursement and distribution requests from retirement plan accounts.
• Work with IRS Forms 1099-R, W9, and W8.
• Proactively consult with service partners to address issues and concerns.
• Offer value-added recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries and processing issues.
• Resolve complex cashiering situations and requests.
