Job summary

IP Casino Resort Spa - Biloxi is hiring for a casino restaurant cashier position. You will greet guests, process payments on a computerized register, and maintain accurate banking while ensuring service is fast and courteous.

The role includes monitoring cleanliness, handling guest inquiries, and coordinating with service staff to optimize flow and efficiency. The job requires excellent customer service, basic math ability, and the capacity to stand or sit for long periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cashier preferred.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must be able to stand and/or sit in a confined area for duration of shift.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

• Maintain records of number of guests served during shift, employee absences, or problems with equipment of food service.
• Operate computerized cash register to itemize and process guest checks in accordance with established procedures.
