Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide menus to guests and inform them of specials.
• Circulate through restaurant and coordinate service staff to provide fast and courteous service.
• Assign bus person and food server breaks.
• Inspect and monitor cleanliness and safety/health compliance.
• Resolve customer complaints or refer to manager.
• Maintain records of guests served, absences, or equipment problems.
• Operate cash register to itemize and process guest checks.
• Maintain an accurate bank balance at all times.
