Scheels in Chandler, AZ is seeking an enthusiastic cashier to greet customers, ring up purchases accurately, and promote the Scheels Visa and digital receipts. You will balance the cash drawer and keep the checkout area clean.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of cashiering experience. You will provide friendly service, help protect merchandise, and participate in our ESOP and other benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months of cashiering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile when entering and exiting the store.
• Engage customers with conversation for personalized service and promote digital receipt program.
• Accurately scan items and ensure all merchandise is rung and paid for.
• Bag purchases carefully and keep checkout area stocked and clean.
• Promote the Scheels Visa card and explain benefits to customers.
• Ask customers to sign up for digital receipts and balance the cash drawer.
