• Assists customers with product questions in a friendly, courteous manner and answer/direct calls as necessary.
• Assists in special projects, assists in other departments as needed, and performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Duties

Experience and Educational Requirements

• There are no educational requirements, though grocery or natural foods experience is a plus.

• Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA & other federal, state & local standards - including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
• Ability to maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA & other federal, state and local standards
