Candidates must exhibit leadership, store knowledge and communicative skills in order to be considered for this role.The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:$23 / hourIllustrate competent knowledge of various Point of Sale and transaction devicesDeliver clean, friendly and in-stockServe as cashier when neededEnforce Company policies and procedures in absence of store managementPerform close dutiesAssign and inspect elements of the shift duty listReconcile shift reportsPerform other duties as required and/or assignedMust be able to function in a fast-paced work environmentMust be able to stand and walk on a hard or concrete surface, bend, reach, kneel, squat, reach overhead and side to side and able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basisWalking, typing, sitting, climbing, lifting, or reading abilities necessary to complete essential tasksThe Store Team Lead typically works 40 hours per week.
