Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Allentown, PA is seeking a front end leader to ensure smooth checkout operations and provide teammates with the tools they need to deliver outstanding service.

In this role, you’ll proactively assist customers, help cashiers, manage lane staffing to reduce wait times, and contribute to a positive store experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and a strong people-first culture.

In this position, you’ll ensure the Front End operates smoothly and employees have the tools and resources needed to provide incredible service to customers exiting the store.
