GPM Investments LLC in Fort Mill, SC is seeking friendly Sales Associates to join our team. You will ring up customers, learn lottery and beverage and tobacco compliance, and keep the store inviting and well-stocked. The role has potential for additional responsibilities and growth.

This position requires standing for long periods, willingness to work weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer weekly pay, benefits eligibility, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred, not required.
• Willingness to stay on feet for most of the shift.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the register with speed and accuracy.
• Handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification and compliance.
• Upsell customers to increase sales where possible.
• Keep inside and outside of the store clean and safe, including restrooms and pumps area.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain fresh merchandise.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed (e.g., deli).
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and help wherever needed.
