GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to greet customers, operate the register, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. You’ll handle lottery and other regulated sales, ensure compliance with age verification, and upsell where possible to boost store performance.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling including weekends, and a willingness to work outdoors and indoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the register with accuracy and speed.
• Handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with compliance.
• Upsell customers to increase sales where appropriate.
• Keep store clean and safe, including restrooms, pumps area, and floors.
• Stock shelves and ensure displays look fresh and full.
• Cross-train in other departments (e.g., deli) as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and assist wherever needed.
