Job Description

The Softlines Sales Associate is responsible for enhancing the experience of our Members and driving sales through courteous and proactive support. This includes accurately completing sales and service transactions, maintaining merchandise standards, ensuring the sales floor is ready all day, and maintaining price integrity.

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest level of Member service by prioritizing Member needs, greeting every Member, and engaging through the Member First Engagement process.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of merchandise and services to assist Members effectively.
• Deliver a WOW member experience consistently, seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
• Address Member concerns using appropriate resources and escalate issues when necessary.
• Complete Member transactions accurately using POS and online systems.
• Promote and educate Members about Shop Your Way (SYW), return policies, and other programs.
• Set up and take down promotional signage, and maintain the sales floor according to standards.
• Support merchandise presentation, inventory counts, and adherence to protection standards.
• Stay informed about upcoming events, product updates, and company initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills
