Overview Of Position

Cashier/Server is responsible for providing efficient, friendly service to Krispy Kreme patrons, maintaining a professional store appearance, and ensuring customer satisfaction to reflect Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation's high standards.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Answer questions and provide courteous service to customers
• Take and complete orders accurately and efficiently
• Engage in suggestive selling techniques politely
• Accept payment and give correct change
• Inspect product quality according to Krispy Kreme standards
• Prepare ingredients for doughnut processing (glaze, fillings, icings) following formulas
• Restock products to ensure freshness
• Unload delivery trucks
• Follow procedures as outlined in training workbooks
• Answer phone calls promptly and greet customers appropriately
• Offer product samples at GM's discretion
• Perform other duties as assigned

Duties

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation inside and outside the store, including:

• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and tables
• Emptying trash receptacles
• Keeping parking lot and surrounding areas clean
• Washing windows

Must lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently. Must be able to read labels and communicate effectively. Work environment may include high temperatures and noise.
