Overview Of Position

The Cashier/Server is responsible for providing efficient, friendly service to Krispy Kreme patrons, maintaining a professional store appearance, and ensuring customer satisfaction to reflect Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation's high standards.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

1. Answer questions and provide courteous service to customers
2. Take and complete orders accurately and efficiently
3. Engage in suggestive selling techniques politely
4. Accept payment and deliver correct change
5. Inspect product quality according to company standards
6. Prepare ingredients for doughnut processing (glaze, fillings, icings) following formulas
7. Restock products to ensure freshness
8. Unload delivery trucks
9. Follow procedures outlined in training workbooks
10. Answer the telephone promptly and use greeting procedures
11. Offer product samples at management's discretion
12. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Duties

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation inside and outside the store, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, sanitizing tables and chairs, emptying trash, and washing windows.
