As a Cashier/Sales Floor Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining a welcoming store environment, and supporting our mission of creating a positive impact that helps change lives every day.

Essential Functions

• Deliver 100% donor and customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Operate the POS system to handle transactions, cash, and implement programs like Round Up and Good Points.
• Maintain accurate cash records and customer data using POS software.
• Handle customer disputes and exchanges professionally.
• Rotate stock, merchandise, and maintain attractive displays.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Support floor operations, apparel rotation, and dressing room upkeep.
• Follow safety and security policies consistently.
• End every transaction with a positive message: "You changed a life today, thank you!"
• Perform other duties as assigned.
