Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide efficient service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage refunds/exchanges.
• Count money at shift changes.
• Use equipment to process specialty products like money orders, credit card transactions, and lottery sales.
• Check IDs for age-restricted sales.
• Restock shelves and ensure product availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Manage trash and waste properly.
• Check in deliveries, stock and rotate merchandise, and handle damaged goods.
• Complete bad merchandise forms as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ in certain states, 21+ in others.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Pass pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, adaptable.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
