Are you a night owl who works best independently? Our third-shift Sales Associates (typically between 10 PM and 6 AM) are responsible for keeping the store running smoothly overnight — often as the only employee on site.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working alone for extended periods. You’ll be trusted to handle everything from deep cleaning restrooms and taking out trash, to stocking shelves and maintaining the fuel area. You'll also be responsible for assisting late-night customers and ensuring the store stays secure, clean, and ready for the next day.

If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and prefer a quieter, more independent work environment — this shift is for you. Being able to stay alert, make sound decisions, and manage responsibilities without direct supervision is essential for success in this role.

What You'll Do

1. Greet every customer with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed
2. Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales — ensuring compliance with all age verification and legal requirements
3. Offer friendly service and upsell customers when possible to increase sales
4. Keep the inside and outside of the store clean and safe, including:
   1. Deep cleaning high-use restrooms
   2. Wiping down and sanitizing gas pumps (nozzles, screens, water buckets)
   3. Picking up litter and trash from the floor and lot area
   4. Taking out the trash to the dumpster in all kinds of weather
5. Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh and full
6. Maintain a clean and organized store — sweep, mop, clean windows, and maintain entryways
7. Willingly cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed
8. Follow all safety procedures and company policies
9. Be a team player and step in to help wherever needed

• Pay Rate $11.00/Hr
• Shift Information: Full-Time Open Availability Overnight Shift; must be flexible for other shifts if needed.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18+ in certain states; 21+ in others.
• Availability: Must work weekends and holidays, embracing the full rhythm of retail. This is for our Overnight Shift (typically between 10 PM and 6 AM).
• Willingness: Be prepared to work hard and stay on your feet for most of your shift. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
• Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
