Position Details

• Pay Rate: $13.75/hour
• Age Requirement: 21+
• Shift: 10pm-6am

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide efficient service
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including refunds and exchanges
• Manage shift change procedures, including cash counting
• Use equipment to process money orders, credit card transactions, checks, and lottery sales
• Enforce age restrictions by checking IDs
• Maintain stocked shelves and store cleanliness
• Sanitize equipment and areas regularly
• Manage trash and ensure a clean environment
• Check in vendor deliveries, stock and rotate merchandise, and remove damaged items
• Complete bad merchandise forms as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements

• Must be 18+ in certain states; 21+ in others
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Effective communication in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, responsible, adaptable
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
