What You'll Do

• Greet customers and operate the register efficiently
• Learn and comply with legal requirements for lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales
• Provide friendly service and upsell when appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, trash removal, and outdoor upkeep
• Stock shelves and displays, keep the store organized and clean
• Cross-train in other departments as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members wherever necessary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ in certain states, 21+ in others
• Availability to work mainly 2nd shift, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Pass pre-employment screening
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, flexible
• Experience preferred but not required
