Overview

Are you ready to make a real impact in the afternoons and evenings? Our second-shift Sales Associates (typically between 2 PM and Midnight or 10 PM and 6 AM) play a key role in keeping the store clean, welcoming, and running smoothly for every customer who stops in.

We are looking for dependable, hard-working team members who are available during these hours and take pride in essential tasks such as maintaining cleanliness, safety, and customer service. If you're proactive and enjoy helping others, this could be the right fit for you!

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and operate the register accurately and efficiently
• Become familiar with lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
• Provide friendly service and upsell to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including:
• Deep cleaning restrooms
• Sanitizing gas pumps and nozzles
• Picking up litter
• Taking out trash in all weather conditions
• Stock shelves and displays to keep merchandise appealing
• Keep the store organized and clean, including sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning
• Be willing to cross-train in other departments as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Support team efforts and assist where needed

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, during afternoons and evenings (typically between 2 PM and Midnight or 10 PM and 6 AM)
• Willing to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
