Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Sales Floor: Stock shelves, maintain displays, and keep the store clean and inviting
• Upselling: Recommend products to enhance the customer experience and meet sales goals
• Brand Promotion: Encourage loyalty program sign-ups and promote store benefits
• Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately and efficiently
• Safety and Maintenance: Maintain a safe environment and keep the store clean and tidy
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
• Environmental Care: Contribute to outdoor and store cleanliness
• Other Duties: As assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ in certain states, 21+ in others
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Pass pre-employment screening
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, flexible
• Experience preferred but not required
