Are you ready to be the heart of your store? Our Sales Associates do more than just run a register — they keep our stores clean, inviting, and running smoothly for every customer who walks in.

We’re looking for reliable, hard-working team members who take pride in doing the tough stuff — like keeping bathrooms spotless, the parking lot and pump area free of trash, and ensuring the store is clean and safe. If you don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty and enjoy helping people, this could be the role for you!

What You'll Do

1. Greet every customer with a smile and operate the register efficiently
2. Become proficient in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with all legal age verification requirements
3. Provide friendly service and upsell to increase sales when appropriate
4. Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, picking up litter, and taking out trash in various weather conditions
5. Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise appealing
6. Keep the store organized by sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and maintaining entryways
7. Cross-train in other departments, such as the deli, as needed
8. Follow all safety procedures and company policies
9. Assist team members and step in where needed to support store operations
