We’re looking for reliable, hard-working team members who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and safety, helping customers, and supporting store operations. If you enjoy helping people and don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty, this could be the role for you!

What You'll Do

1. Greet customers warmly and operate the register efficiently
2. Become knowledgeable in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring legal compliance
3. Provide friendly service and upsell when appropriate
4. Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, trash removal, and litter pickup
5. Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise appealing
6. Keep the store organized—sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and maintaining entryways
7. Cross-train in other departments as needed
8. Follow safety procedures and company policies
9. Assist team members and step into various roles as needed

Requirements

• Age: 18+ in some states, 21+ in others
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Friendly, responsible, reliable, and flexible
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
