We’re looking for reliable, hard-working team members who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and safety, and who enjoy helping people. If you're comfortable getting your hands dirty and providing excellent service, this could be the role for you!

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and operate the register efficiently
• Become knowledgeable in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with all age verification laws
• Provide friendly service and suggest additional purchases to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, picking up litter, and taking out trash
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise attractive
• Keep the store organized and clean, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning windows
• Be willing to cross-train in other departments, such as the deli
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements

• Age: 18+ in certain states; 21+ in others
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, responsible, and flexible
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
