We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and safety, helping customers, and supporting store operations. If you’re willing to get your hands dirty and enjoy helping people, this could be the role for you!

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and operate the register efficiently
• Become knowledgeable in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with age verification and legal requirements
• Provide friendly service and upsell to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, trash removal, and litter pickup
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise appealing
• Keep the store organized by sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and maintaining entryways
• Cross-train in other departments as needed, including deli
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members and step into various roles as needed

Requirements

• Age: 18+ in certain states; 21+ in others
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
