Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Keep shelves stocked, displays appealing, and store clean.
• Upselling: Recommend products to enhance customer purchases and meet sales goals.
• Brand Promotion: Encourage loyalty program sign-ups and engage customers with our brand.
• Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Safety: Maintain a safe environment following safety protocols.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues for smooth operations.
• Facility Maintenance: Keep the store clean and inviting, including restrooms and outdoor spaces.

Qualifications

• Age: 18+ in certain states, 21+ elsewhere.
• Availability: Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Communication: Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Math Skills: Basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Pre-Employment Checks: Pass drug screening and background checks.
• Personal Traits: Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, adaptable.
• Experience: Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
