Are you ready to be the heart of your store? Our Sales Associates do more than run a register — they keep our stores clean, inviting, and running smoothly for every customer.

We’re looking for reliable, hard-working team members who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and safety, and who enjoy helping people. This role involves:

1. Greeting customers and operating the register efficiently
2. Becoming an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring legal compliance
3. Providing friendly service and upselling to increase sales
4. Maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, litter pickup, and trash disposal
5. Stocking shelves and displays to keep merchandise appealing
6. Keeping the store organized and clean, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning windows
7. Cross-training in other departments as needed
8. Following safety procedures and company policies
9. Being a team player and assisting where needed

Requirements include being 18 or 21+ depending on the state, availability to work weekends and holidays, physical ability to lift weights, passing pre-employment screening, and possessing good communication, math, and customer service skills. Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
