We’re looking for reliable, hard-working team members who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and safety, and who enjoy helping people. If you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and are customer-focused, this role is for you!

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and operate the register efficiently
• Become proficient in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
• Provide friendly service and upsell to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, trash removal, and litter pickup
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise appealing
• Keep the store organized and clean, including sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning
• Cross-train in other departments, such as deli, as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members and step into various roles as required

Requirements

• Age: 18+ in certain states; 21+ elsewhere
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Effective communication in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, flexible, and responsible
• Experience preferred but not required
