Pay Rate: $10.00/hr. Must be able to cross train in the deli.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, offer assistance, ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Stock shelves, keep displays appealing, maintain store cleanliness.
• Upselling & Brand Promotion: Recommend products, promote loyalty programs, foster customer loyalty.
• Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Safety & Facility Maintenance: Follow safety protocols, keep the store clean and inviting.
• Team Collaboration: Work well with colleagues, support store operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18+ in some states, 21+ in others.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment screening.
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, adaptable.
