We’re seeking reliable, hardworking team members who take pride in tasks like maintaining cleanliness, safety, and customer service. If you enjoy helping people and don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty, this could be the role for you!

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and operate the register efficiently
• Become proficient in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with age verification and legal standards
• Provide friendly service and upsell to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, trash removal, and store tidiness
• Stock shelves and displays to keep merchandise appealing
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist in other departments as needed and be a team player

Requirements

• Must be 18+ in certain states; 21+ in others
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Pass pre-employment screening
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
