We’re looking for reliable, hard-working team members who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and safety in the store, helping customers, and working as part of a team. If you're willing to get your hands dirty and enjoy helping people, this could be the role for you!

What You'll Do

1. Greet customers and operate the register efficiently
2. Become knowledgeable in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring legal compliance
3. Provide friendly service and upsell when appropriate
4. Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, trash removal, and litter pickup
5. Stock shelves and displays to keep merchandise appealing
6. Keep the store organized and clean, including sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning
7. Cross-train in other departments as needed
8. Follow safety procedures and company policies
9. Assist team members and step in where needed

Minimum Requirements

• Age: 18+ in some states; 21+ in others
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Pass pre-employment screening and background check
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, flexible, and responsible
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
