Are you ready to be the heart of your store? Our Sales Associates do more than run a register — they ensure our stores are clean, inviting, and smoothly operating for every customer.

We seek reliable, hardworking team members who take pride in handling responsibilities like maintaining cleanliness, safety, and customer service. If you're willing to get your hands dirty and enjoy helping people, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and operate the register efficiently
• Become knowledgeable in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with age verification and legal standards
• Provide friendly service and upsell to enhance sales
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, trash removal, and keeping the lot tidy
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise appealing
• Keep the store organized and clean, including sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning
• Cross-train in other departments as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members and step into other roles when necessary

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math proficiency
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, flexible, and responsible
