Are you ready to be the heart of your store? Our Sales Associates do more than run a register — they keep our stores clean, inviting, and running smoothly for every customer.

We’re looking for reliable, hard-working team members who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and safety, and who enjoy helping people. This role involves:

1. Greeting customers and running the register accurately and efficiently.
2. Becoming an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
3. Providing friendly service and upselling to increase sales.
4. Maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, trash removal, and litter pickup.
5. Stocking shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise fresh and full.
6. Keeping the store organized — sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and maintaining entryways.
7. Cross-training in other departments, including deli, as needed.
8. Following safety procedures and company policies.
9. Being a team player and assisting wherever needed.

The benefits include free soda or coffee, weekly pay, flexible schedules, 401(k) with company match, opportunities for advancement, and a pay rate of $11.00/hr. Candidates must be 18 or older in certain states, or 21 or older elsewhere, and available to work weekends and holidays. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass pre-employment screening are required. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not necessary.
