Responsibilities:

2. Sales Floor Guru: Keep our shelves perfectly stocked, our displays appealing, and our store clean. Your attention to detail will make our store the go-to spot for convenience.
3. Upselling Ace: Master the art of upselling and suggestive selling, elevating the customer experience by recommending products that complement their purchase. Your insightful suggestions will enhance their shopping journey and contribute to our sales goals.
4. Brand Ambassador Extraordinaire: Promote our brand by encouraging customers to join our loyalty rewards program, highlighting benefits and personalized offers. Your enthusiasm and engagement will foster lasting relationships and build a loyal community.

10. Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications:

• Age Requirement: Must be 18+ in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO; 21+ in other states.
• Availability: Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Communication Skills: Effective reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English.
• Math Skills: Basic math proficiency.
• Physical Ability: Frequently lift 10 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Pre-employment Screening: Pass drug screen and background check.
• Personable and Positive: Friendly demeanor and welcoming attitude.
• Detail-Oriented: Notice the little things that improve customer experience.
• Reliable and Responsible: Punctual, trustworthy, and pride in work.
• Flexible: Adaptable to various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we support on-the-job learning.
