We’re looking for reliable, hard-working team members who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and safety, assisting customers, and supporting store operations. If you don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty and enjoy helping people, this could be the role for you!

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and operate the register efficiently
• Become knowledgeable in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
• Provide friendly service and upsell to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, picking up litter, and taking out trash in all weather conditions
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise attractive
• Keep the store organized, clean, and well-maintained
• Be willing to cross-train in other departments, such as the deli
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth store operations

Minimum Requirements

• Age: Must be 18+ in certain states; 21+ in others
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
