Responsibilities:

• Sales Floor: Stock shelves, maintain displays, and keep the store clean.
• Upselling: Suggest products to enhance customer purchases and meet sales goals.
• Brand Promotion: Encourage loyalty program sign-ups and promote store benefits.
• Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately with a friendly attitude.
• Safety: Maintain a safe environment following safety protocols.

• Facility Maintenance: Keep the store tidy, including restrooms and outdoor spaces.

Qualifications:

• Age: 21 or older.
• Availability: Able to work weekends and holidays.

• Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 10 lbs frequently.
• Screening: Pass drug and background checks.
• Personality: Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, adaptable.
• Experience: Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
