Job summary

Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe in Cary, NC is seeking friendly team members for our frontline staff. You will greet guests, take orders, and assist with meal preparation in a fast-paced, family-friendly atmosphere.

No experience is required; we provide thorough training. Enjoy flexible daytime shifts, meal benefits, a supportive team, and the option for daily pay where available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Training provided; no experience required.
• Energetic, ready to learn, and loves fresh food.
• Good communication and hospitality skills.
• Ability to work with passion and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team as necessary.
• Work flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Represent guests with hospitality and share our story and culture.
• Take guest orders and deliver to dining or pickup areas.
• Understand and use the POS system.
• Handle cash and payments following procedures.
• Maintain health department standards throughout shifts.
• Follow alcohol handling policies.
• Complete opening and closing duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Being a Taziki’s Ambassador to guests for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture


• Placing orders for guests and delivering them to our dining or pickup areas


• Understanding and using POS (point of sale register)


• Following proper cash handling and payment procedures


• Maintaining Health Department Standards throughout each shift


• Following proper Alcohol Handling policies and procedures


• Performing shift-side work including opening and closing duties

Your Working Conditions/ Hours

A typical work day at Taziki’s may look like:

• Morning shift - 9am - 4pm


• Evenings - 4pm - 10pm


• Weekends- when applicable

Holidays - when applicable (CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas)

• Hours will vary by store.
