Job Description:

The Cashier at Roger Dunn Golf Shops is responsible for promoting and maintaining a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy, which emphasizes putting the customer first to ensure a positive shopping experience.

The Cashier handles all customer transactions, ensures guest satisfaction at the service desk, and manages cash and media materials properly. Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive last impression for customers.
• Processing transactions through computer and POS system.
• Assisting with floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance, and merchandise replenishment.
• Recognizing and suggesting process improvements once fully trained.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of processing information and merchandise via computer and POS system.
• Ability to access all store areas, including standing, walking, stooping, crawling, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and using ladders; ability to lift/move up to 35 pounds.
• Flexibility to work varied hours/days based on business needs.

Qualifications Desired:

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; retail or golf experience is a plus.
• General golf knowledge is a plus but not required.

The hourly rate is $16.50 - $18.00, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
