Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a friendly Cashier/Sales Associate for Store 4458 to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced convenience store setting.

You will manage the register, assist customers, and ensure compliance with age-restricted sales while keeping the store clean and well-stocked. This role offers part-time and full-time options, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and stay on feet during shift.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
• Able to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Friendly demeanor and make customers feel welcome.
• Detail-oriented and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible and willing to take on various store tasks.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with proper age verification.
• Upsell products to increase sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness inside and outside, including restrooms and parking areas.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise fresh.
• Keep entryways clean and organized, sweep and mop as needed.
• Cross-train in other departments, such as deli, when required.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
