Job summary

Ace Hardware in Miami is seeking a bi-lingual cashier/customer service associate to operate the POS system and assist customers at the front desk. Prior cashier or customer service experience is helpful, and a friendly, can-do attitude is required.

The role involves handling calls, greeting shoppers, and performing occasional clerical tasks. Two holidays, vacation time, and standard benefits are offered as part of employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cashier or customer service preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Operate the POS register to process sales and returns.
• Assist customers at the front desk, answer questions and provide help.
• Answer phones and manage front desk communications.
• Keep the checkout area tidy and replenish stock as needed.

Bi-Lingual Cashier/Customer Service - Hardware Store

Ace Hardware takes pride in taking care of our customers! We are seeking individuals that can show great attitude and helpful service to our customers. "We are ACE HARDWARE - THE HELPFUL PLACE!" We need timely attendance and willingness to work each day to the fullest!

The main focus is running the point of sale register; taking care of customers. Multi-task front desk duties to assist customers, answer telephones and handle in house radio as well as other miscellaneous job assignments.

Prior experience is helpful.
