Job summary

Tulley Automotive Group in Nashua, NH is looking for a friendly Automotive Receptionist (Full-time) to be the heartbeat of our front sales floor, greeting guests and supporting daily operations.

You will handle payments, answer calls, balance cash, and coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The position requires excellent people skills, attention to detail, and reliability, with weekend shifts as listed in the schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and card payments in a retail or dealership setting.
• Familiar with phone etiquette and directing calls efficiently.
• Ability to resolve customer questions and concerns calmly.

Responsibilities

• Provides and ensures exceptional customer service;
• Accurately processes payments for products and services sold by the dealership;

About this position

Description:Join Our Team as a Dealership Cashier/Receptionist!

Are you a people person with a sharp eye for detail? We are looking for a welcoming and organized Cashier/Receptionist to be the heartbeat of our dealership's front sales floor.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll help create a warm, welcoming environment while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Schedule:

Tuesday 7:00am - 6:00pm

Wednesday 7:00am - 6:00pm

Thursday 12:00pm - 6:00pm

Friday 12:00pm - 6:00pm

Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm as needed (1-2 Saturdays per month)

Sunday 11:00am - 4:00pm (we are closed the first two Sundays, open for all Sundays thereafter)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides and ensures exceptional customer service;
• Accurately and effectively processes payments for products and services sold by the dealership;
• Promptly, accurately, and courteously answers and directs incoming dealership telephone calls, messages and customer requests to the proper area or person;
• Performs filing and other clerical functions as designated by the Office Manager;
• Accurately balances daily cash and paper transactions;
• Performs other directly related duties consistent with the role and function of the specification.

Job Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of processing customer cash and paper transactions;
• Thorough knowledge of telephone, cash register features, credit / debit card processes;
• Skilled in handling sensitive inquires or complaints and resolving customer problems;
