Responsibilities Include
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Provide basic information to customers with general inquiries
- Assist sales and service teams with daily activities, such as processing vehicle deposits and checking out customers after service
- File invoices
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding plates and registration
- Handle customers politely, positively, and enthusiastically
