Job description

Cashier/Receptionist with excellent customer service skills needed to work with customers both in person and on the phone for a busy dealership with multiple avenues to move up within the company. We have a rotational growth plan for our employees and strive on human development and home growing our next sales and service professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

1. Answer and direct incoming calls with a professional demeanor.
2. Provide basic information to customers who have general inquiries.
3. Assist sales and service with everyday activities, such as taking vehicle deposit money for new and used car sales, and checkout service customers after service is performed.
4. File invoices.
5. Make outbound calls to customers whose plates and registration have arrived at the dealership.
6. Handle customers in a polite, positive, and upbeat manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Excel in customer service and communication skills.
2. Ability to multi-task.
3. Exceptional organizational skills.
4. Professional personal appearance and presentation (dress code required).
5. Outgoing and positive demeanor.

Shifts Include:

11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Mon - Fri (with a day during the week off).

8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturdays.

Closed on Sundays.

Must pass a drug screen prior to employment.
