Job summary

Sunset Kia of Venice is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to help customers find the right vehicle and guide them through the buying process. You will sell new and used vehicles by appointment and to walk-in prospects, establishing rapport and delivering outstanding service.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are committed to building long-term relationships. Strong English skills are essential; bilingual abilities are helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales is preferred, but not required.
• Self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed and increase earnings
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers
• Strong follow-through skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong English skills (Bilingual Abilities Helpful)

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles by appointment and to walk-in prospects.

Automotive Sales Representative Duties

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be selling new and used vehicles by appointment and to walk-in prospects. You will assist customers throughout every stage of their auto purchase and ensure that they find the vehicle that is right for them. This means you will be establishing rapport and building relationships with new customers, assisting clients with questions and explaining the benefits of owing a new or pre-owned Kia, and finalizing the sale when a decision is made. It is your job to listen, to try to connect your customers' needs to the right vehicle for them, and everything in between.

Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 expected first year, depending on your drive and effort.
